She shares the Information in a clear way which is understandable and leads to that 'light bulb moment. Working with The Guild for the last couple of years has been a pleasure and a positive experience for me. The dedication to support local artists and the surrounding community shines through in this gorgeous welcoming space filled with wares made by local Artists. I started at the Guild as an Artist and Jewellery Designer, and supplied my jewellery and Artwork for sale. I now join other creatives in sharing my practices through hosting workshops in abstract painting, acrylic jewellery making and mosaic. It is a warm and friendly place to gather, chat and make things. I would recommend The Guild if you are an Artist wanting to share your knowledge, if you are looking to buy gifts made locally or if you are wanting to learn a new creative skill, it’s a down to earth friendly and beautiful place to be a part of. Thank you Guild girls, love being a part of this place!

Tegan Connelly - Textile Stitch and Collage Workshop

The fantastic classes on creative small business branding and planning inspired me to take individual business coaching, to refine my creative start up business plan. Janine and the team at Guild of Objects were always positive, approachable and generous, sharing their insights and vast experience across all aspects of small business development.

With Janine’s coaching, I consolidated my vision and developed targeted and focussed actions towards realising my business goals. The small business coaching sessions have been the best investment I have made in my business.  I feel so much more confident that I am well on the way to achieving my creative goals.

What a great place to spend your weekend. Learning and Laughing with friends, and meeting new people including the hostess with the mostess and the beautiful Jessie made it a fun way to learn. Great nibbles and drinks provided. You got a great take home gift as well. Was a lot of fun. Will be back for more classes.

Hannah Friend - Beyond Social Media - Communication Strategy

I attended the "Make glass beads workshop” at the Guild of Objects . I just loved it. Best Saturday of crafting I have had in some time. Easy to get to location, lovely staff and the venue is a delight. I’m inspired and have shared my experience with all my crafty friends and on FB. All those on the day in the class got on so well and we all left the class with a very beautiful handful of glass beads of all colours. I never thought I'd make these little gems..., but for one afternoon I felt I might just be on the Island of Murano.

Lois Wadelton - Learn How to Make Glass Beads Workshop

Highly recommend this workshop for anyone considering a creative business or starting out with their business and wanting to learn the why’s and how’s to reach an online audience. Janine is so knowledgeable!

Phuong Dang - Online Business Fundamentals for Creatives

We had a great time carving a greenwood spoon each in a 3 hour workshop at ‘Guild of Objects’. Our teacher Julian was well prepared, knowledgeable and helpful. All the equipment and tools were supplied. Julian explained how to use everything safely. Janine, our host at Guild of Objects made us welcome. It’s a pleasant setting with good facilities. We are looking forward to attending more workshops there.

Deb Court - Greenwood Spoon-Carving Workshop

This was a most enjoyable small class. Kelly was instructive, attentive to first-timers like me, helped with good tips and tricks and paced the class well. Terrific to have something to take home for your efforts. I also appreciated the calm and elegant environment of the Guild of Objects classroom -- nice atmosphere for teaching and learning.
